**Overview:** We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. **Duties:** - Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Administer medication under the direction of healthcare professionals - Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises - Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment - Monitor and report changes in the client's health status - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients **Skills:** - Experience in assisted living, dementia care, catheter care, or memory care is preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare systems - Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities - Proficiency in providing senior care and working with the elderly population - Competence in medication administration and adherence to care plans Joining our team as a Home Health Aide offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.
